Guest Rooms
All our rooms have Free-View television and complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. We have 1 ‘separated twin’ – a self-contained unit comprising two single rooms and shared bathroom, 6 doubles and 1 single room. Owing to the constraints of the building we have no family rooms and are therefore an adult only B&B

Arrival/ Departure
Early check-in: 10am – 12 noon, ( collect keys luggage can be stored securely if

Parking
We have unrestricted parking to the front of the guest-house and to the rear, however to the rear parking is limited and operates on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Should you consider using the rear parking please liase with us first. All else failing, there is a Council car park 50m
to the rear of the guest-house which provides very reasonable rates.

Breakfast is served from 7am to 8.30am weekdays and 7am to 9am at weekends and our menu offers a varied choice for guests that will hopefully cater for most tastes. Please let us know if there are special dietary requirements.
Walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and motorcyclists are all welcome. We have a Garage which can be used to store bikes etc. Sorry, but no pets allowed.
